1. Do a SITE PLAN (FORM 1), Start at the Front Door Work your way Clock wise around the building or home Numbering each Window, Door or Opening. Front Entry is Always #1 Window or opening to the left (when facing Front Entry) is #2 and so on.

2. Measure (FORM 2) Measure the actual Opening size (in Inches Always) and write it to the corresponding Opening #
(Width x Height) (48w x 52h)

3. Hardware Order (FORM 3), Fill out this form according to needs of the Job.  (Tapcon are Spaced every 9 inches, TRACK Studs are every 6 inches, Unless Direct mount or Eyehook installation) Other shutters and tracks vary.

4. Please take Pictures and Email or fax them to us. of ALL openings, We need close ups if the install may have a problem, Or a ledge, or no room above or below the opening, could be trapped in a corner, We need to know this before we make your Shutters, so you will not have to pay for the mistakes or corrections. Number the Pictures by the Opening Number so we know which opening it is, and we can # the Shutters here when they are built accordingly.
